General Questions
- All our toys are made from 100% platinum-cure silicone, ensuring they are body-safe, non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and easy to clean. Check out our materials guide here.
- Our toys are hand-poured and crafted in the UK.
- Our egg retention chains are all securely sunk into the toys and made from high-quality stainless steel. Each chain is strength-tested before being packed and shipped to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
- Our Glow-in-the-Dark toys are made using strontium aluminate powders, which provide a brighter and longer-lasting glow compared to sulfur-based powders. These powders are encapsulated, making them safe and non-toxic. Simply expose the toy to light, and it will glow in the dark, adding an extra element of fun to your experience. - A "flop" is a toy that has minor cosmetic imperfections but is still fully functional and safe to use. These toys are offered at a discounted price. Learn more about FLOPs here.

- Only toys with a flared base are safe for anal use. This information is outlined in the important information section of each product page.
Product Care
- Our toys can be cleaned with warm water and antibacterial soap, boiled, or placed in the dishwasher. Ensure they are thoroughly dried before storage.
- We recommend using water-based lubricants with our silicone toys. Silicone-based lubricants can degrade the material and should be avoided.
- Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keeping it in a storage bag or box designed for adult toys is ideal to protect it from dust and damage.

Ordering and Shipping
- You can change your shipping address until the order is dispatched. Once the items have been shipped, we cannot accommodate address changes.
- We aim to ship all ready-made toys within 48 business hours and custom toys within one week. We deliver worldwide where sex toys are legal. Most items will be delivered within 30 days. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will notify you with the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
- Yes, we ship worldwide to all locations where sex toys are legal. If your country is not listed as available for shipping, please contact us to see if we can make arrangements to deliver to your location.
- If a parcel is lost in transit, we will conduct a thorough investigation with the courier. Refunds or cancellations will be processed once the investigation is fully concluded.
Environmental Commitment
- We contribute a portion of every order to tree planting, ocean plastic removal, and atmospheric CO2 capture. Our products are made with eco-friendly materials and packaging.
Returns and Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled until they are collected by the postal service. If you cancel to take advantage of a new sale price, the refund will be processed at the discounted sale price, not the original full amount.
- We accept returns for defective products. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with returns.
